1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SigmoAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
SigmoAI provides:
- AI-powered market forecast analysis
- Technical indicator calculations (EMA, RSI, MACD, ATR)
- Trading signal suggestions (LONG/SHORT/NO-TRADE)
- Entry, stop-loss, and take-profit level recommendations
- Optional execution via the Sigmo EA — an Expert Advisor you install in your own MetaTrader 5 terminal. You may place any signal yourself (semi-automatic), or let a limited set of instruments trade automatically (fully-automatic). The EA runs on your machine using your broker; we never hold your broker credentials or execute on our own servers.

3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
- You must sign in using a Google Account
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
3.2 Free Tier
- Free users receive 2 forecasts per day
- Limits reset daily at 00:00 UTC
3.3 Subscription
- Weekly subscription: $9.99/week
- Unlimited forecast access
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime via your account dashboard
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our AI models
- Share your account credentials with others
- Abuse the free tier with multiple accounts
- Use automated bots or scripts without permission
- Claim our forecasts as your own
5. Trading Risk Disclaimer
You acknowledge that:
- Trading forex, indices, commodities, metals, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss
- Leverage can magnify both gains and losses
- Past performance is not indicative of future results
- AI forecasts can be wrong - markets are unpredictable
- You should never risk more than you can afford to lose
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
SigmoAI is not a broker, financial advisor, or investment manager. Any execution happens through the Sigmo EA running in your own MetaTrader 5 terminal, under your control and with your broker — SigmoAI never executes trades on its own servers or holds your broker credentials. You remain solely responsible for enabling auto-trading and for the resulting trades.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- SigmoAI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for trading losses resulting from our forecasts
- We are not responsible for third-party service outages (Anthropic, Stripe, etc.)
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
7. Refund Policy
- Subscriptions are billed weekly
- No refunds for partial weeks
- Cancel anytime to stop future charges
- Exceptional refunds at our sole discretion
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including AI models, forecasts, indicators, and branding, is owned by SigmoAI. You may not:
- Reproduce or redistribute our forecasts without attribution
- Claim our AI outputs as your original work
- Use our branding without permission
9. Affiliate Program
Affiliates must comply with our Affiliate Program Agreement, including:
- FTC disclosure requirements
- Prohibited claims (no guaranteed profits)
- Acceptable promotional methods
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the service
- Fail to pay subscription fees
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
